Packaging & Shipping
       The use of specialized packaging allows us to ship certain restricted articles by Fed-Ex / UPS / DHL. These routes of transportation are sometimes cheaper than using a truck. Certain truck shipments require special packaging materials and in such cases, additional cost involved is added to the invoice. Export: Air Freight is usually the least expensive mode of shipment.
Technical Data & Patents
      The physical properties and other data contained in Petra Research are derived from literature and our own files. This is provided only for reference and Petra Research does not own any responsibility for thier accuracy or completeness. Buyer assumes all responsibility to fully determine the accuracy of technical data concerning any product use

Patents: Petra Reserach Products may be covered by use or application patents. No license under any patent is granted or implied. The listing of a product should not be construed as an inducement to infringe any patent.
 
Limit of Warranty
      Petra Research products are warranted solely for purity and identity. No other express or implied warranty of fitness or merchantability is made. Petra's sole liability in the event of a breach of warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price.

 

Terms of Sale
 

Terms are net 30 Days. Prices quoted without specific delivery terms are F.O.B. Alachua Florida USA, and are firm for 30 days. Freight charges and insurance are for your account. We will prepay shipping and insurance and add them to your invoice. Truck shipments will be made freight collect. If you carry your own insurance and do not wish to purchase it, please notify us at the time your order is placed.
